Planning, Permitted Development and Architectural Design does not solely apply to main dwellings. Today, many of us wish to enhance our property by either adding separate garages, garden rooms, workshops and studios and even an exterior building for an extra bedroom and en-suite for when family members come to stay.

A lot of these Buildings, if the size and plot size is correct, can be erected under Permitted Development as long as drawings and the relevant forms are submitted to be checked by the Planning Department, and maybe, more adventurous designs will need a Planning Application for which we can certainly help you through the process.
